Tumour is the disease of the century. It depersonalises you, it deforms you and sometimes it eats you to death. These three photos tell you a true story: a young woman, she was the mother of two little girls when she discovered she was suffering with an aggresive form of cancer. Despite pain, fear and long years she was saved by medicine, by sacrifices and willpower or , maybe, only by chance. These three photo are dedicated to all the people who were involved (or are still involved) in this terrible illness: patients and doctors, parents and children, grandparents and grandchilds but especially to those who impede the research and to people who lay in fatalism, silent accomplices of the pain of lot of families.
